Ops glance counts plus platform-default List Price and Access Grace (ops-owned outside this console). New Courses inherit List Price until overridden at Course or enrollment level.

Enrollment-shaped rows (user × Course) with Institution, Has Deal, and deal value from coverage. Filter by email and/or Course id, then set a custom List Price, Access Grace N (rewrites that enrollment only), or full Access waive.
List Courses for a professor-led Tenant, open a roster, override or waive List Price, set Course Access Grace (rewrites in-flight grace for that Course), and waive Access for one student.
List Institution Deals, create hybrid waive or fixed-price Deals with a domain allowlist, and attach or detach a professor-led Tenant.
